Information we collect
When you use Google Sign-In, Circles receives only the basic profile information needed to authenticate you and create or update your Circles account: your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture.
Circles does not request access to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, or other Google API data.
Circles products may also collect information you provide directly, service usage records, device and browser information, and diagnostic logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the products.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, maintain accounts, provide product features, sync user settings where applicable, secure the service, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and operate Circles products.
Sharing
We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. We share information only when needed to provide the service, protect the service, comply with law, or with your consent.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account information by contacting us.
Children
Circles products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as our products or legal requirements change. The updated date above shows when this policy was last revised.
